Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at any time before dispatch by contacting our Customer Support team at care@ojabody.com and providing your order number.
No cancellation fee will be charged for orders cancelled before dispatch. Equally, if we cancel your order due to reasons on our end (such as a stock-out or inability to service your pin code), no cancellation charge will be borne by you.
Returns and Replacements
Given the nature of personal care products, there are no returns or refunds, except for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
In case of damage upon reception or the delivery of an incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs or an unboxing video of the package and products. Please email us on care@ojabody.com
Resolution of Approved Claims
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we may offer, as appropriate:

a replacement of the affected product;

a refund for the affected product; or
-
another resolution agreed with you.
Replacement availability may depend on product stock and whether delivery to the relevant destination is operationally possible.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
Once initiated, the time taken for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds will be made by bank transfer, UPI or another payment method agreed with the customer.
Original shipping charges will be refunded where the entire order is cancelled before dispatch or where the full order is damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered. Shipping charges may not be refunded where only part of an otherwise correctly fulfilled order is affected.
Our customer service team is available Monday through Saturday, from 10 am to 6 pm IST, excluding holidays. We typically respond to all inquiries within two business days.
