We ship across India.
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Estimated delivery timelines from the date of dispatch are:
Metro cities: 2–4 business days
Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days
Remote areas: 7–10 business days
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation. Free-shipping thresholds may apply and will be communicated on the Website.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, incorrect delivery information or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared using the email address or mobile number provided at checkout.
Please ensure that your delivery address, postal or ZIP code and contact information are complete and accurate. We may be unable to change the delivery address after an order has been dispatched.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.
Damaged, leaking, missing or incorrect products must be reported to care@ojabody.com within 3 days of delivery, together with the order number and clear photographs or videos of the package and products.
